We want you to love your Existential Drip purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our return and refund guidelines below.
Eligibility for Returns

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are print-on-demand, we cannot accept returns for:

Wrong size ordered (please check the size guide carefully before purchase).

Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.

Gift cards and downloadable digital products (if applicable).

Any items clearly marked as Final Sale on the product page.
Exceptions: If the item is defective, misprinted, or damaged upon arrival, we will replace it at no cost to you.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or misprinted. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@existentialdrip.com with photos of the issue.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Contact your credit card company or bank — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
