What types of products do you offer?

At Existential Drip, we offer a curated collection of weird apparel and accessories. Buy something please :)

How can I contact customer support?

What is your return and refund policy?

We only accept refunds for defective or damaged items. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges or accept returns for any other reason, including change of mind or sizing issues. If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of your refund status. If approved, a refund (minus a 10% restocking fee) will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.

Do you ship internationally?

Probably!?

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

No returns for final sale items, perishable goods, custom or personalized items, personal care products, hazardous materials, or gift cards.

What should I do if I receive the wrong item?

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact support@existentialdrip.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Can I cancel my order?

Not until I figure out how to do that!
